Traveling to Panama for US Citizens:
If you are a US Citizen, you will not need to obtain a Panama Tourist Visa to enter the country for the duration of this tournament. However, you will be required to purchase a tourist card upon arrival at the Panama City Tocumen International Airport (PTY) before you clear customs. And do be sure to have your US Passport.

Traveling to Panama for Non-US Citizens:
Depending on your country of citizenship, a tourist visa may or may not be required. If it is required, you must send your passport and all supporting documents to your local Panamanian Embassy or Consulate to apply for a visa at least 3 weeks in advance. For more information, please consult your local Panamanian Embassy or Consulate.

Itinerary:
Please be sure your flight is scheduled for you to arrive on Saturday, May 16, 2009. Panama Sport Fishing Lodge staff will greet you at the gate after you process through immigration and customs. You will then be shuttled to the Veneto Hotel for your overnight stay in Panama City. For the evening, you will be meeting the rest of the group for a nice dinner at a local restaurant. The next morning you will be traveling to Boca Chica to reach your final destination at the Panama Sport Fishing Lodge.

Return flights should be booked for the afternoon of Saturday, May 23, 2009. You will be traveling back from Boca Chica to Panama City on Saturday morning to depart from PTY for your flight home.
